Our state-of-the-art facilities are built to Swiss-certified standards, with precision processing and packaging machines, and located in and around the biodiverse, Western Ghat high ranges of Kerala, where some of the world’s finest cocoa is grown. Our insistence on expert flavours and fine consistency has led us to fermenting our own cocoas, using our manufacturing facilities – a process that most chocolatiers outsource.
